If
for any reason you are not satisfied with the performance of any product, and the
product is still within the Guarantee period, simply call us with your invoice number and
provide us the necessary reasons for returning the product. When the we receive your
cartridge by prepaid return mail, replacements will be shipped or a refund processed.
Returned products must returned prepaid in a leak proof zip-lock bag and a box. No envelopes
please. Not following this return procedure will delay or maybe void your refund or
replacement. This procedure allows us to return the product to the Manufacturer for
complete evaluation as to the cause of the defect. It is our way of trying to supply you
with a zero defect product. We will give you a tracking number which must show on the
returned product package. Thanks.

Customer shall return the products to USAVONINK,LLC in the original
packaging and enveloped in the original bags, along with the original invoice
or a copy of the original invoice. If no invoice is to be had, please include
a letter specifying the problem, and including date of purchase, and the
invoice number and customer ID (if possible). Also please include your first
and last name, and your phone number. This will help us expedite the solution
to your problem, and allow us to contact you if there are any problems, or
concerns regarding your return.
